JALT-Ibaraki Chapter December 2019 Joint Meeting The 3rd CEGLOC Conference, in collaboration with the JALT Mind, Brain, and Education SIG and the JALT Ibaraki Chapter, is a one-day conference about language learning and the brain. The conference includes two keynote presentations, parallel workshops and presentations in English and Japanese, and a round-table discussion over lunch. Entry is free, although advance registration is required. English language teaching in public and private institutions will be briefly discussed.   Grammatical and phonetic affinities between Persian, Turkish and English languages will also be touched upon.
